Ce film présente des activités d’ENDA-TM (Sénégal), Tenmiya (Mauritanie), Ofedi (Bénin), et Amade Pelcode (Mali) dans le cadre du projet CLACC (Capacity Strengthening of Least Developed Countries for Adaptation to Climate Change), avec l’appui du IIED (Londres). Il a été présenté lors de la 13ème Conférence des Parties à Bali, Indonésie.

Climate change in West Africa poses a pressure on scarce water resources. Presenting the work of West Africal civil society organisations ENDA Tiers Monde (Senegal), Tenmiya (Mauritania), Ofedi (Benin) and Amade Pelcode (Mali) and supported by the Capacity Strengthening of Least Developed Countries (LDCs) for Adaptation to Climate Change (CLACC) programme supported by the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) (London). This film was presented at the UNFCCC COP13 in December 2007, Bali, Indonesia.
